Looking to cool off at the shoreline?  We have listed here Connecticut Shoreline Beaches where swimming is supervised.  The shoreline areas in Connecticut are divided roughly into four sections listed below.

•  Western Section - Stamford to Fairfield
•  Mid-Western Section - Bridgeport to East Haven
•  Mid-Eastern Section - Guilford to Old Lyme
•  Eastern Section - East Lyme to Stonington
